This Privacy Policy applies to the Kilindar Merchant App and related services.

2) Information We Collect

• Account information: name, phone, email, business details.
• Merchant profile details and staff associations.
• Trip, ticketing, pricing, expense, quota, and reporting data.
• Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, log data, crash reports.
• Support interactions and messages.
• Cookies or local storage (if web access is used).

3) How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the App.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process transactions and operational records.
• Provide support and communicate service updates.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4) Sharing of Information

We may share data with:

• Operators or parties you are affiliated with (for trip operations).
• Payment, SMS, email, and analytics providers.
• Legal authorities if required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Third-party processors

We use **Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., dba Sentry)** to capture crash

reports and (optionally) performance traces from this app. Sentry receives:

• Stack traces, exception messages, and breadcrumbs of user actions immediately

before a crash

• Device model, OS version, and app version
• A pseudonymous installation ID generated by Sentry

Sentry does **not** receive your name, email, phone number, payment information,

or any business data (trip records, ticket sales, etc.). Sentry's privacy policy:

To opt out of crash reporting, uninstall the app — there is no per-user toggle

in v1.

5) Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary for business, legal, and compliance needs. You may request deletion subject to legal retention requirements.

7) Your Rights

Depending on law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data.
